Re: boxed red beans and rice ... Uncle Ben's makes a new Red Bean's and Rice that *is* vegetarian, and also VLF. It's good, cheap, and very fast. There's also another veg version by Zatarain's (a New Orleans brand, very authentic taste). Trish ------------------------------
