Someone has leftover ricotta, This is an old weight watcher recipe from
another lifetime, but if you eat dairy, it is really a pretty good
breakfast treat:
Take about 1/4 or 1/3 cup ricotta, mix in some cinnamon, sweetner of your
choice or a bit of jam, spread on good bread or bagel and slip into the the
broiler or toaster oven and brown lightly.
As long grain vs short grain brown rice, usually short grain is stickier
and long grain is drier and more separate.
