I have been looking for fatfree pie crust recipes, but they all seem
to have "Grape Nuts" cereal in them. I can't find it - I've tried
both supermarkets and health-food shops. I expect I could probably
substitute another cereal - so what exactly is Grape Nuts? What
properties does it have that make it ideal for pie crust? And does
anybody know of a similar thing available in Britain?
