Bob's Incredible Vegan Hummus Recipe

Bob Beeley sent in a hummus recipe that included the ingredient:

The recipe sounds neat but Bob, can you explain what "tofu fiber" is?
Cuz I believe I will need to substitute something else for it, something
that I don't need to order from Dixie USA.  Thanks!
