Subject: kimchee
Any ideas for meals based on Chinese cabbage would be greatly
appreciated. I am particularly interested in a recipe for kimchee, the
very hot Korean sauerkraut-like pickle.
At present there is a recipe for kimcee on the TV Food Network web site
at http:/www.foodtv.com. It is under the TASTE catagory. These receipies
only stay posted for two weeks.
