Z-Trim Fat Substitute

Regarding the Z-Trim inquiry--I read an article in Cooking Light 
magazine that said Z-trim has not been FDA approved yet.  Because it 
is made of materials generally deemed non-hazardous, approval is 
expected very quickly and you could see it in grocery stores in a 
month or two.  You can't use it for frying -- just for baking.  And 
the article said you may have to compensate somehow for taste when you 
use it -- extra sugar or something.  Hope this little bit of info 
helps.
