My family loves lentil loaf. Unfortunately, our favorite recipe calls for
grated cheese (along with red lentils, bread crumbs, mushrooms, egg
substitute, spices). Does FF cheese work in lentil loaf? I've not been
happy with the results the few times I've tried using it in other recipes.
Anyone have a favorite FF or VLF lentil loaf recipe they'd like to share?
