Hi, Zoe Sodja was wondering about the pita bread recipe. I make the
recipe that was posted to this list and made the dough in my bread
maker. I only used 3 cups of flour and substituted one of the cups with
whole wheat flour, as suggested. It was great!!! I did roll a couple
of them too thin but they were still delicious. Making the dough in my
bread maker allowed me time to make the potato leek soup that was posted
and it also was very good.
