Las Vegas Dining

I go to Las Vegas from time to time, but the last time I was there, I was 
not into lowfat eating.  I would appreciate input on some restaurants 
with lowfat items on the menu.  Since I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth 
area, I have put together a list of restaurants with lowfat items on
