Pumpkin Pielets
Use the recipe on the back of the canned pumpkin with these important
changes to make it fat free:
1. Use nonfat canned milk
2. Use Eggbeaters
3. Double all the spice quantities
4. Don't use a crust. Instead, arrange about 8 small ramikins or Pyrex
custard cups on a cookie tray, spray with no-stick spray, and fill with
pumpkin mix. Cut baking time by about 15 minutes, depending on the size of
the ramikens. Done when too stiff to jiggle. We use this recipe year
round.
