Hi, I am usually a lurker, but now I have a serious need for some of your
expert advise. I have to teach a corse to a bunch of older (set in their
ways) adults on the direct affects of nutrion on stress. What I need is
some information on how the diet can directly affect stress and coping with
it. I could also use any hints on certain foods that can help on the short
term, ie certain foods that reduce stress, headaches, pms, etc. You can
