Does anyone know how to make/buy the pink, mild, sweet, raw ginger slices
served with sushi?
I want to reproduce a wonderful ginger salad served at a local noodle house
using the ginger and cabbage, carrots, sesame-seeds, lemon juice, rice vinegar
and sugar.
I bought the Asian brand of ginger slices sold at my Safeway & it
was very strong, bitter and a white color.
