Hi Gang!
I've been reading the digests for some time now and occassionally put in my $.02 worth. But now,
I'm desperately needing some input from the rest of you. My problem is that my doctor is telling
me I need to eat more fat! Can you imagine? I'm an octo-lovo vegetarian -- have been for about
10 years now. I've also watched fat grams for a long long time - it was the only way I could
control my weight. Counting calories was just too restricting. However, after complications with
a pregnancy and subsequently gaining about 60 pounds on bedrest I began to watch calories as
well as fat and I took up running in addition to already teaching aerobics. I'm sending the rest
of this letter separately.
