Shawn, just throw some of those peppers in a baggie and freeze `em.
Whenever you need to spice up a dish, pull a pepper or two and chop away.
Dry them too. Sprinkle on foods like you would cayenne. You can pickle
them also. There's a lot you can do with an abundant crop. I'm doing this
later in the summer when my crop climaxes. Julie G.
