Recipe Computer programs?

Does anyone know of a good program for the computer that will compute
nutritional information for you after you put in a recipe?  I have
really enjoyed using the Jane Brody's Good Food Book, but I know that
many of her recipes probably do not fit my "fat budget" and would like
to determine just how fattening they are.  Her philosophy is more
towards whole food, not low fat.
