Linda, thanks for pointing this out.
The "strong" bit means that they are flours with extra-strong
gluten for making bread. Do you refer to these as "bread"
flours? Let me know via email so as not to clutter up list.
The "wholemeal" is the same as your "wholewheat" and "plain"
is my word for "white" :-) Bleached or unbleached is up to you.
