Asha, I think I am getting rid of it by washing with dishwashing detergent. It seems to cut through the wax. There are soaps specially formulated for washing fruits, they may work on cutting through the wax. Of course, you have to rinse thoroughly to get the detergent off. Lu ------------------------------
