Kirsten, about the m**t cravings around your period, it may be that you need
some more iron in your diet, and your body still identifies iron with m**t
sources. Try munching on some prunes or other hi-iron veggie, and see if
that helps. If that's not enough, you might want to get a blood workup done
to see what seems to be lacking. I'm still willing to bet it's iron, though.
