We switched to airpopped corn and found the same problem. The solution
is easy. We got a spray bottle and put flavored water. We use the
popcorn salt and water, but you could put any spices you want in it. As
the popcorn comes out we spray a fine mist of the solution on the
popcorn. You just need a tiny little bit. The popcorn doesn't get soggy
that way.
