Kombu is high in protein, iron, calcium, phosphorus, Vitamins A, B1, B2 and
C. In case you're interested, to make kombu, you need to soak it first for 1
hour or more. It's good if you chop it and add to salads or cook with
vegetables. Or, if you don't soak it, it can be added to soups.
