FF at School

My daughter returns this week to her dorm near Chicago, where microwaves
are scarce, and heating units (coffee pots, etc.) are not allowed in the
rooms. Question is, how to eat healthy and get the protein and isoflavones
she must have because of her bone tumor condition. The Fat (Not) Creme It
Soy Fiber Powder is a great starting place. Mix with water for a milk or
cream MUCH better than soy milks. Use that milk on the soy Nutlettes
cereal, and she'll get the necessary 25 gm. of soy protein, and all of the
other good stuff available from soy and tofu in one quick meal. (Both
available thru the Dixie USA catalog at info@xxxxxxxxxxxx)
