(I'm new--so if you've already seen a lot of black-bean-dip recipes, I'm
sorry to be repeating!)
Black Bean Dip
2 cups cooked black beans
dash cayenne pepper
1 small chopped onion
3 cloves, fresh chopped garlic
1 cup ff yogurt
1 tsp. cumin
salt
Puree the beans in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and continue to
puree (until no longer lumpy). Serve cold.
