Couldn't wait to try some of the new recipes from Cooking Light April
issue, which has a section titled "Inspried Vegetarian" which is
usually very very good.
There are 4 recipes:
Curried Lentil Soup
Couscous and Ricotta cakes
Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Onion
Strawberry Spring Salad
I will send them separately so that they all get delivered. I had to
make a few small changes and will make sure to note what I changed.
