Buy FF yogurt and hang it in a jelly bag or clean, clean pillow case that
you're willing to keep as a designated yogurt bag (wash with soap, not
detergent) over your sink to drip overnight. The next morning you will have
labneh, or what the Lebanese call cream cheese. You can add garlic and
herbs to it to make a boursin, or a spoonful of jelly to make it into a
nice spread for a bagel. Or buy your favourite FF flavoured yogurt and hang
it. It's really tasty when you make it yourself. Our favourite is orange
cream cheese on pumpernickel bagels. Just store it in the fridge.
