I have recently flown (economy class) British Airways, Ethiopian Airways, Air Zimbabwe 
and South African Airways.  Each of them produced magnificent veg 
meals and also special "children's meals" which my youngest 
thoroughly enjoyed.  Ethiopian Airways was by far and away the best 
for the veg meals - beautifully prepared and presented.

They also do Kosher and Halaal meals

Your travel agent probably won't tell you about these little perks, 
so ASK!
