Two or three years ago I had some vegetarian link sausage that tasted
something like the Jimmy Dean brand. Can anybody help me find a recipe
to approximate what I ate back then. It doesn't have to be in link form
or vegetarian. I can always adapt a recipe to vegetarian if I can get
the correct blend of spices and the amount of spices in relationship to
the weight of other ingredients.
