Spicy Marinade

1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 package equal® sweetener
Grate orange zest, ginger and garlic and add to the orange juice and soy sauce. Stir in tomato paste. Marinade fresh vegetables of your choice or tofu, or both, in this sauce for 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator prior to grilling.
