Hi,
I've just enjoyed this sauce, simply loved the name of the recipe, and would
like to share it with you. It's called "sunshine", and I've adapted a recipe
from a non-fatfree ARLA container.
I ended up with 1/5 of a teaspoon of this, a cup minus tablespoon of that,
half a cup plus somthing else. So I'll simply post this in ml. It's your
turn to calculate ;-)
SUNSHINE
200 ml yoghurt, ff
30 ml orange juice, concentrate
1 ml ginger, dried
100 ml tangerine/mandarin, finely chopped
(herb)salt and pepper
Mix and give it some rest.
