Hi Fat-free-ers!
Someone asked for a vanilla sauce to put on desserts and things. This
one is *delicious* and easy -- beware!! It comes from the lowfat Moosewood
cookbook.
Vanilla Cream
1 c. nf cottage cheese
1 c. nf plain yogurt
1/3 c. pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Blend and serve. I like to strain the yogurt first so the whole thing is
a little thicker and lasts longer in the refridgerator.
