Gelatin

To Paul John Kurf who was asking about a vegetarian substitute for
gelatin.  Try kuzu or kudzu powder.  It's made from the starch of kudzu
roots.  I have only used mine once for a thick sauce.  The package says
it makes things jell, but I have never tried using it like jello.  Let
me know if this works if you try it.
