Hi Barbara-
By definition, Hummus is a dip made with garbonzo beans and usually
tahini (although this group leaves out the tahini). Making a dip out of
peas simply wouldn't be hummus. It's like asking for a recipe for
orange juice using lemons...
I have seen dips made out of peas on the list however... you might
want to try the archives.
