I tried the roasted chick peas this weekend. They were very good,
however has anyone had a problem with them "popping" like popcorn and
exploding in the oven. So many of them popped off the pan and ended up
burning in the bottom of my oven. My chickpeas were originally dry from
the bag and then soaked overnite and then steamed in the microwave for 5
minutes. I used "Old Bay Seasoning " as a spice. Very easy and good.
