Thanks to everyone who recommended the various sites and databases.
For my money (it's free) the one that I have liked very best
is DietWatch Diary, available for download at www.softwatch.com.
It's fabulous and customizable, and will be just the tool that
an overly-organized person like me will use! :-) It is also
simple, and the food log only takes a couple of minutes a day.
