I checked the recipe archive on http://www.fatfree.com/ and couldn't
find a recipe I swore I got from here. This is all I got written down
for it.
3c whole wheat flour (person mentioned they used 1 1/2 WW and 1 1/2
white)
1 tbsp wheat gluten
12oz water
1 tbsp yeast
knead. cover with wet towel, leave 10-15min.
I think this was for bagels, I didn't even write that part down. I
would like the rest of the instructions. Hopefully whoever posted it,
sees this and responds. Thanks.
