REC: Latkes <T>

I found this latke recipe on the fatfree website.  This is how I make mine.
I like a combination of matzoh meal and flour and I also put them in the
oven standing up in a loaf pan at about 325 degrees for a half hour or so to 
get crisp. This works well for making the whole batch before serving them.  
(Beware of tasters!)
