I have a four loaf mini pan set and, yes, you do need to cook them 50 minutes.
They are lovely and everyone is just amazed that (1) they are fat free and (2)
they taste sooooo good.
I imagine if you don't have the mini pans you could use muffin pans, or I have
even made them into drop cookies and they work fine, just adjust the length of
cooking. When I make them cookies, I use parchment paper on the cookie sheet
that way there is no need for any kind of slippery cover to be added.
