My experience (last night) with making this was that I also had some concern
over the "liquidity" of the salsa. Since I used a "Thick and Chunky" form, I
suspected I might be short on liquid. When I peeked in the machine after
about 10 minutes, it was obvious I needed to add water. I gradually added
just short of a cup. Everything turned out great. My wife wants to take a
loaf to her Weight Watchers group next week. We decided a small can of
chopped green chilis might enhance the taste; so that will go in next time.
