re ethiopian food, yum, i love it.
i ordered some teff ages ago (so i can't remember from where, but any
sort of international food store would be a good bet, i think) and tried
to make the bread, which is called ingera. i know there's some
fermentation involved, but i didn't know how exactly and ugh, yuck, not
THAT MUCH fermentation . . .but that's what makes the little bubbles,
anyway. i second that request for a recipie . . .
