First of all I would like to caution you if you are a veg, that Frosted
Mini-wheats have gelatin.
Some ideas are FF cookies, which are usually sold at local grocery stores,
canned fruit is another great idea, dried fruit can be pretty convinent and
filling. Or something as simple as an apple, kiwi too, or even pack
raisins, or carrot sticks. Ideas are endless and is usually things that
can be found around the house, and very inexpensive!!!!
