Try spicing your squash according to your tastes, I would add a little nutmeg,
some minced, sauteed garlic and a teeny bit of tamari, stuff into cooked jumbo
pasta shells, top with some lightly toasted bread crumbs and bake until hot.
Also, tho it does not conform to the total ff requirements of the list, lightly
toast some slivered almonds in a skillet and mix with the squash pulp before
