Yes, radish leaves are safe to eat! I read about them in one of Adelle
Davis's books many years ago. She recommended steaming them with other
greens, though I think shredding some and tossing them into a salad would
also be nice. They have quite a peppery flavor, which might be too
strong for some people, so combining them with other milder greens
modifies that. I expect they'd work well in stir-"fries" too.
