My question:
My husband & I have been (for 26 years) having a discussion as to how long to
keep cooked items in the refrigerator. Seems to me if it's in there longer
than a week he wants to discard it. I don't want to poison my family, but I
think certain items can and DO last longer than that. Does anyone know of a
resource where I can look this up? I mean, I KNOW if it has fuzzy white
stuff on it you're growing penicillin. But there must be some sort of
guidelines, no???????
Also, where do you keep nutritional yeast? In the refrigerator?
