I duplicated a very tasty spinach dish served at a restaurant here in town.
1/2 - 1 onion - chopped
4-5 cloves of garlic - minced or pressed
Saute the onion and garlic in water, broth or balsamic vinegar
1/2 - 1 can garbanzo beans
4 cups spinach - more-or-less
Add beans and spinach to the pan, continue to cook over low to medium heat
until the spinach is wilted.
Salt and pepper to taste, also good with a dash of hot pepper vinegar.
