I'm not familiar with the recipe that Barbarah described, but the one
I'm posting might give some ideas about using millet in muffin-making.

Indian Muffins
1 1/2 cups millet flour
1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
1 cup ground sunflower seeds
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup water
1/4 TSP curry powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 TBSP lemon juice
Combine ingredients; mix well. Spoon into floured muffin pan. Bake at
350 F for 45 minutes.
