Hi,
Thanks to all who offered me suggestions for sweet potatoes. What I ended up
doing was slicing them into 1 inch thick rounds (peeled) with a scalloped
(french fry) cutter. I then put them onto baking sheets sprayed with olive
oil Pam, amd sprinkled them with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
and thyme. After another short spraying with the Pam, I baked them at 375 for
about 40 minutes, turning once. They were crisp on the outside, soft within
and very tasty.
