Hi there! I recently bought some fresh bread from the bakery section of
a whole foods store. It is sooo good. I only have one roll left. The
store is over an hour from my house so I'd like to make something
similar at home.
The ingredients listed are:
organic whole wheat flour, filtered water, organic unbleached unbromated
wheat flour, seven grain mix(cracked wheat, rye, barley, corn, oats,
millet, flax), honey, sea salt, yeast
The bread is so wholesome -- absolutely crunchy with grains. Does
anyone have any recipes/ideas. Could I use 7-grain cereal (Arrowhead
Mills)? I've never made anything except plain old wheat bread, so I'm
pretty clueless as to proportions. I also have a bread maker, so I
could use it for the kneading and/or baking, depending on suggestions.
Feel free to e-mail me. Thanks!
Suzanne
