Low-Fat Whole Wheat Corn Bread

I made this a few days ago, and it's WONderful! For everyone with bread
machines, here's a great one to try. It's adapted from "The Bread
Machine Cookbook IV" by Donna German.

WHOLE WHEAT CORN BREAD

1.5 cups water
2 tablespoons oil replacer (applesauce, bananas, prunes, etc.)
4 tablespoons liquid sweetener (corn syrup, maple syrup, etc.)
2/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2-4 tablespoons vital gluten
1 cup cornmeal (I used blue, and it looks so pretty!)
4 cups whole wheat flour (or combination of whole grain flours)
2 teaspoons yeast

Put in your bread machine and let 'er rip! I used 2 cups whole wheat
flour, 1 cup Kamut flour, and 1 cup buckwheat flour. Yummm!
