Katja mentioned using spicy bean spreads in sandwiches. This sounds really
good to me! Perhaps vlf bread slices covered with spicy bean spread and
filled with assorted fresh veggies sliced thin. Or maybe spicy bean spread
on two slices of bread with a dollop of seasoned rice in the middle, then
toasted in one of those sandwich makers.
Does anyone have any favorite spicy bean spread recipes or seasoned rice
recipes they'd be willing to share?
