Just a note on making couscous.....it sounds as if the recipe called for too
much water rather than not enough....or perhaps the problem is soaking the
pasta beforehand....dry noodles seem to "melt" when soaked in cold
liquid.....in making couscous you usually boil the cooking liquid, then put
in the couscous, stir, cover, and take the pot off the heat....wait for
seven minutes....then fluff with a fork.
About measuring yeast....I'm confused here.....1-1/2 Tablespoons is the same
thing as 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon plus 1/2 teaspoon
