Doris,
That's nothing to be surprised about... "baked" does not equals
"fat-free"... it just means the chips weren't fried that's all.... they
probably sprayed on the oil or added oil in their dough before they made
the chips...
And chicken fat probably gives more flavour to the chips than vegie fat....
commercial tactics...
